Warranty terms

The money back guarantee covers 30 days from the date of purchase. You will receive the refund only if the products have not been worn and have their label intact.

Our extended warranty covers a period of 2 (two) years and states that Haxburry^® Diamonds jewellery are made of solid gold (white or yellow), with natural diamonds and will not change their characteristics, if they are properly worn.

For the natural diamond jewellery, if falling of the stone(s) will occur, we will replace your jewellery, if it has not been misworn or misused. This warranty does not include deterioration due to accidents, negligence, misuse or any other elements that can not be linked to flaws of the material or craftsmanship. Any repair due to defects caused by the manufacturer will be made free of charge, or the jewellery will be replaced with a new one, the same model, or with a resembling one, of the same value or an equivalent one.

By these warranty terms we ensure our customers that Haxburry^® natural diamonds jewellery pieces are certified by the National Bank of Romania through the National Authority for Consumer Protection of Romania – Department for Precious Metals and Precious Stones and carry the stamp of Mr. Kenneth Anderson, jewellery manufacturer from London, UK.
